If you happen to hear a buyer say "just gotta have that view" in your locality...

Example true story - had buyers arrive from the UK in 2009 and after living in a "Coronation St" type of house and have to make an effort to let the kids (until they were old enough to look after themselves) go down to what was then the local playground to burn off some excess energy...originally they had flown into Christchurch - but when they saw the 'VIEW" shot they decided they needed to travel to the Top of the South. 

And yes - that's where they brought. 

I certainly need to extrapolate this more on this in later episodes.....cause the explanation seems a bit short - even to me! Long story short - no they did not buy because of that single photo - and thats why I need to explain more....
