When you don't want...or need to pay for demolition costs....in fact you may even make a profit out of it....   Just sell it "in-situ" but with one kinda important "condition".....    At least there is nothing to loose to have a go.... Remember the thing they used to call a "hero shot" - yeah ~ seemed a bit blasé - prolly ever was.... ....but there are a couple of local opportunities where this works especially well in a social media sense.
